Affinity diagram: group and analyze collected evidence and ideas;
Design thinking: ideate and iterate;
Sketch: draft possible solutions;
Prototype: low-mid-high fidelity mockups (mostly on Figma)
User testing: let potential users play around with the prototypes and collect feedback;
Design system: establish design tokens and build a flexible atomic design system;
